Pocket Paneer Pita

Basic Ingredients Used to Make Paneer Stuffed Pita Bread:

Pita bread: The base of our dish; soft and perfect for filling.

Panel: It's a great source of protein and fills the plate. If you want, you can use tofu instead of paneer.

Mozzarella Cheese: The addition of cheese gives it a springy, cheesy texture that makes every bite satisfying. If you prefer, instead of mozzarella you can use a soft cheese that melts well. You can also skip if you don't want to add.

Tomato slices: Provides freshness and a light spicy flavor to balance the creamy and spicy flavors.

Peri Peri Masala: Peri peri masala adds a nice spicy flavor that can be adjusted to your taste.

Hanging Curd Sauce: Improves overall taste. And it makes this dish healthy.

Garlic: Adding garlic to this dish gives it a nice flavor and aroma that I really love. If you don't want to add you can skip.

Olive oil: For this particular recipe I used olive oil. You can also use vegetable oil or butter.
