Salmon is one of my favorite proteins. Not only does it cook very quickly, about 15 minutes, but I find salmon to be one of the most versatile proteins in the kitchen to work with. It is delicious, healthy, and very easy to prepare.

If you don't like salmon, you can use your favorite fish in any of these recipes.
