  • 1 cup of warm milk (but be careful, it's not hot, it's lukewarm);
  • 1/2 cup oil;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour;
  • 2 cups sugar;

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional).

You can blend it in the blender, but I blended it by hand, using a wire whisk. By the way, a tip, I sifted the flour and sugar to make the cake softer.
