Gular Ki Sabzi Recipe/ Shallow Fried Cluster Fig

  • To prepare Gular Ki Sabzi/Fried Fig Clusters recipe, steam the unripe figs in a steamer for 5 minutes or until they are partially tender.

  • With a little water if necessary, grind the soaked rice, ground spices, chili, garlic, ginger and onion into a smooth but thick paste.
