How long should I cook salmon?

The salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of (120° F to 130° F) for medium rare using a food thermometer. If you prefer your grilled salmon to be more done, cook it a little longer until it reaches (145° F). About 8-10 minutes.

While I love the taste of grilled foods, if you don’t have a grill, don’t worry: you can simply put the salmon fillets under the grill for about 10 minutes and you will get a similar result.
