For me, there's nothing that says vacation like drinking an ice-cold pina colada on the beach or by the pool.

Summer is here and I have (unfortunately) no beach vacation in sight, so I rely on one of my little tricks to trick myself into thinking I'm on vacation: I create the food or drink I would consume in that place I wish I were .

I gave a little twist to the classic pina colada by adding Mozart chocolateThe new flavor of – Coconut. It's a refreshing, balanced liqueur with a distinctly Caribbean note and is delicious on its own. This pina colada adds a touch of coconut and a sweetness that in my opinion really balances the classic recipe.

I truly hope you have some fun and exotic summer vacations on the horizon, but if not, you are welcome to join me and enjoy a pina colada in the shade of my backyard.
