Rock Toast Recipe - Semolina Bread Toast

  • To start preparing Rock Toast, in a bowl, combine semolina, yogurt, onion, peppers, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt and pepper powder.

  • Adjust the topping mixture with a little water, making sure you get a spreadable consistency. Leave to rest for approximately 5-7 minutes.

  • In the meantime, heat a griddle over medium heat and grease it with a drizzle of oil.

  • Take a slice of bread, spread it with a spoonful of semolina and place the bread so that the seasoning is facing downwards on the plate.

  • Cook it over medium-high heat for about three minutes and turn it over.

  • Remove from tawa and serve hot.

  • Serve this Rock Toast along with Tomato Ketchup or Dhaniya Pudina Chutney and Homemade Pomegranate Juice with Ginger Recipe
