Shrimp Fajitas

My husband loves fajitas! It's the one thing he ordered while we were on vacation in Mexico…every single day! I could never order the same meal every day, but that's a different story. He claimed that these shrimp fajitas were better than any he had ever eaten in a restaurant – now that's a compliment from my fajita-loving husband! For more fajita recipes, he tries my Chicken Fajitas, Steak Fajitas, or Breakfast Fajitas.
